Delivery Timeframes
Orders delivered within Mandi Bahauddin City are generally delivered within 2 working days.
Orders delivered outside Mandi Bahauddin City are generally delivered within 3–5 working days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by order volume, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of an unexpected delay, customers may contact us for an update regarding the estimated delivery date.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched, where applicable.
Delivery Charges
The following delivery charges apply:
- Within Mandi Bahauddin City: PKR 250
- Outside Mandi Bahauddin City: PKR 350
- Orders of PKR 3,000 or above: Free delivery
Free delivery will be applied automatically to eligible orders.
Delivery Arrangements
Recipient Availability
Customers must ensure that they or an authorized representative are available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.
Order Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible after confirmation. In the event that an item is unavailable, the customer will be informed of the expected availability and revised dispatch date.
Working Days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, bank holidays, and officially declared holidays.
Courier Services
We use reliable courier services to ensure that orders are delivered safely and efficiently. The estimated delivery timeframe may be communicated to the customer before or after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, incomplete contact details, customer unavailability, or any other customer-related error, additional delivery charges may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
The courier may make up to three delivery attempts, depending on the courier service and delivery location.
If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be returned or cancelled. Additional charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be dispatched again.
Delayed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if no person is available to receive the parcel or if the courier is unable to contact the customer.
Customers should inform us as soon as possible if they expect any difficulty receiving their order.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include severe weather conditions, natural disasters, courier disruptions, public holidays, government restrictions, unforeseen events, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping Availability
We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
International shipping is not currently available. Any future international shipping options will be announced through our official website or communication channels.
